VENDOR INFORMATION

Please review the two PDF files below. If you feel you'd be a good fit for our event, submit your forms and product photos to be approved to support@foreverconevents.com

 

The cut-off date for vendor applications is September 1, 2020. Please have your forms in before then. If you are approved for a table, you will be emailed mid-October regarding the details, along with an invoice. Invoice must be paid within 7 days of receipt.

Vendor Tables are a one-time fee of $300 for the duration of the 3-day weekend. A vendor table purchase allows you 2 Newborn General Weekend Passes. Seating within the theatre will be based on availability. Only 2 individuals are allowed per table for safety and capacity reasons. If necessary, you may switch out shifts, but these additional staff members must be referenced in your submission form. They must also purchase their own admission tickets to ForeverCon.
